Bordentown, NJ (August 30, 2017)—Stephanie Bellanova, Broker Associate and Partner of ERA Central Realty Group in Bordentown, NJ, recently attended ERA Real Estate’s 2017 Young Leaders Network Summer Summit, the 6th annual elite educational event, hosted in Columbia, South Carolina by ERA Wilder Realty. Attendees represented many of the most successful ERA organizations across the U.S.
Over the three-day long event August 2-4, Bellanova and 27 Young Leaders participated in team-building and professional development exercises centered around the theme of growth, from technological growth through the Zap platform, to social media and marketing growth, to the growth of recruitment and agent development programs.
In addition to the working seminars, attendees were also treated to a private session in the South Carolina State House, where they met with Governor Henry McMaster, who took the leaders through a history of his state as seen through the lens of real estate development.
“The best part of the Summer Summit, other than the chance to meet my peers from across the country, was being able to communicate directly with some of ERA’s top leaders and learn from their mistakes and successes on their path to growth,” Bellanova said. “It was an invaluable opportunity to learn about market expansion, digital innovation, and how ERA Central can grow as a company.”

April 2013, ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, recently inducted New Jersey business leader Ann Davis into the brand’s Hall of Fame. Davis is the founding owner and broker of ERA Central Realty Group in Cream Ridge, NJ. Established in 2013, the ERA Hall of Fame honors member companies and individuals who have consistently earned high levels of recognition and have made contributions with lasting impacts on the culture and history of the franchise system. The inductees were announced at the 2017 ERA International Business Conference in Dallas, Texas.

With a love of real estate and a passion for education, Davis opened the doors to ERA Ann Davis; Associates in 1986. A trailblazer, Davis’s brokerage began with three real three real estate sales professionals and was owned and managed entirely by women in a time when real estate was still dominated by men. Davis had a unique vision that by fostering a culture of teamwork, education and shared expertise, she could guarantee success for her growing organization. This cooperative concept was a dramatic departure from the idea that competition was the key to success in real estate and it drove her decision to affiliate with ERA Real Estate.
“I was talking to several franchises at the time,” recalled Davis. “I was most interested in hearing about training and had the most robust focus on education; it still delivers on that. The brand’s values matched mine – a focus on learning and collaboration – so I signed on and never looked back.”
Built on her great reputation and work ethic, Davis’s firm has evolved to ERA Central Realty Group with five offices and more than 150 sales professionals. “I believe in a strong work ethic and rolling up my sleeves to help,” said Davis. “has great products and services however, without collaboration and sharing, you won’t know how to properly use them to drive your goal. ERA Central EDGE Scholarship
Each year, ERA Central Realty Group announces the application season for the EDGE Scholarship, an annual award given to young people who have shown that they embody the same ideals for which their Realtor® professionals are so well known: Ethics, Dedication, Genuineness and an Entrepreneurial spirit.
The scholarship program, which began in 2005, is funded by the Realtor Associates of ERA Central Realty Group and ERA Central Levinson, and matched by the company. It was founded on the basis of giving back to the community and honoring the families that have supported the company since 1986. Since its inception, the EDGE Scholarship has awarded over $68,000 in scholarships.

The committee takes great pride in being part of these stellar students’ college experience and are happy to help in a meaningful way.”
The scholarship is open from January 1st each year and closes in the spring. The application can be downloaded at EDGEscholarship.com. To be eligible for the scholarship program for the upcoming academic year, college-bound students from New Jersey must apply during their senior year, or within one year of receiving a high school diploma, and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Home schooled students are also eligible and are encouraged to apply. The scholarships will be awarded to students who have demonstrated ethical, forward thinking, results-oriented life and work habits and who take a proactive approach to their own life and to the life in their communities. Applicants must be planning to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Personal interviews may be required.
