October 29, 2014. ERA Central Realty Group and ERA Levinson Realtors are proud to announce the merger of their two companies. Scott Lauri of ERA Levinson and Stephanie Bellanova of ERA Central Realty Group have owned and operated ERA real estate offices for over 20 years and the merger creates an amazing synergy amongst this already dynamic team of Realtors®.

Both Lauri and Bellanova have seen the real estate landscape change dramatically over their years in the business.  Being young and energetic with a strong passion for the industry, they are setting their sights high to change the face of real estate for the better. ERA Levinson Realtors operates in Monroe Township, Middlesex County.  Scott Lauri has been in real estate since 1997 and opened in 1998 as ERA Absolute Realty.  Growing his company from 6 agents to today having just over 50 agents.  Stephanie Bellanova of ERA Central operates alongside her mother, Ann Davis, who began the company in 1986.  Together they have 3 branches; Cream Ridge and Freehold, both in Monmouth County and Bordentown branch in Burlington County.  Ann opened as ERA Ann Davis & Associates in 1986 and has grown from 3 agents to now just over 100 agents company-wide.  Stephanie began working in real estate at age 18 and after college became a full time and integral part of the workings of the company right away.  From back office operations to training and now management, the mother/daughter team has built a valued and trusted name in the industry and in New Jersey.
