The Details, Terms and Conditions:
- Sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement with ERA Central Realty Group for a 6 month period
- Rebate is paid at the time of a successful closing with ERA Central Realty Group
- Buyer must present a current pre-qualification letter before scheduling showings
- Purchase price of the home must be over $150,000
- Rebate is available only on purchase of residential properties
- Buyer is obligated to pay any applicable taxes for receipt of rebate. Consult your tax professional.
